How can I avoid credit card fees?

Did you know that paying your bill with a credit card often comes with an extra cost (this is called a credit card fee and these fees have to be reasonable).

All phone companies have to provide you with at least ONE way for you to pay your bills where you won’t be charged a credit card or ­­­­­administration fee. Some of these ways include:

  •  Direct debit, which lets you pay your phone company directly from your cheque or savings account.
  • BPAY, which lets you pay your bill over the internet from your cheque or savings account.
