Access to the sites

The sites may be accessed may be accessed and viewed on any browser or device. It may be made available for offline view including printing out information sheets, or saving PDF downloads for personal use only. Any copies made must not be modified. This includes, but is not limited to removing logos, changing formatting, omitting sections of text or removal of notices or conditions.

Further, all copies must be made for personal use only, and correctly referenced when used in the course of research or study. The sites and its contents may only be accessed, copied or used for commercial purposes where prior written consent is received, and where appropriate royalties and attributions are given to Youth Law Australia.

You must not access the sites, or its contents in a way that violates the rights of ownership of Youth Law Australia, or is prohibited by the General Conditions.

Ownership, trademarks and copyright

Except where otherwise credited, all material displayed on the sites including information, text, graphics, videos, self-help tools and software, logos, trademarks, and site content are owned and copyrighted by or or licensed for use to Youth Law Australia.

Users agree not to modify, change, reproduce, save or in anyway share the content on this page without the express written permission and knowledge of Youth Law Australia. All copying should be in line with copyright legislation in your state or territory, and the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Youth Law Australia does not accept responsibility for damage which arises as part of your access to the sites.

Youth Law Australia may on occasion make reference to external organisations including as referrals, in attribution of videos or other media, or with reference to content.
